Fans of Taylor Swift were left in shock after it was revealed that the singer and her long-time boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, had parted ways after six years of dating. However, Swift appeared to be in good spirits as she stepped out for a solo dinner in New York on Monday, April 11th, 2023.

The Lavender Haze singer was dressed in loose jeans with a ‘bejewelled’ butterfly cut-out near her left thigh, carrying a matching dazzling purse with a butterfly sequin detail. She wore a low-cut V-neck black top and paired it with shiny black high-heeled sandals. Completing the look with a sharp cat-eye and maroon red lip, Swift let her blonde tresses loose.
Paparazzi, josiahwphotos, captured a photo of Swift as she was followed closely by her music producer, Jack Antonoff. Fans took note of the necklace that the singer was wearing, a simple gold pendant with what appeared to be a ‘J’ on it.
Swifties speculated that it was the same Tiffany & Co. necklace that she has often been seen wearing in public appearances, including when she served as a bridesmaid at her best friend’s wedding in the summer of 2017 and at her Reputation secret listening sessions.
However, some fans dismissed the theory, claiming that it was a different necklace. One fan commented on Instagram, “Guys, it’s not the necklace. If you zoom in, the design looks like a butterfly? Her ‘J’ necklace is more flat and smaller.”

Swift and Alwyn were first publicly linked in May 2017, and fans have speculated that they first met at the 2016 Met Gala. The reason for their breakup is still unknown.
