Deputy Commissioner Kemari Mukhtar Ali Abru says that no complaint has been filed on behalf of the heirs. An investigation committee has been formed on the complaint of the health department. The committee will be headed by ADC Kemari. The committee will also contact the heirs of the children, this committee will also locate the graves of the dead children.
On the other hand, the owner of a factory in the area has also been detained.
Residents of the area say that the deceased had symptoms of swelling, cough and fever. The victims left the world in just a week.
Among the dead are 16 members of the same family. While 1 person’s 3 children and wife have also died.
On the request of the Health Department, experts from the Environmental Agency visited the affected area in a mobile team and checked the pollution and dirt in the area.
