Karachi Test: In response to New Zealand’s 449 runs, Pakistan were bowled out for 408 runs in the first innings

On the fourth day of the Karachi Test, the Pakistan team was bowled out for 408 runs in the first innings against New Zealand, the Kiwi team scored 449 runs in the first innings.

After the dismissal of the Pakistan team, New Zealand started the second innings, then Mir Hamza bowled Dion Conway for zero in the second over at 5 runs.

Start of play on the fourth day

Today, Saud Shakeel and Abrar Ahmed started the fourth day of play with 9 wickets of 407 runs, after which only 1 run was added to the team’s score.

In the very first over of the game, Abrar Ahmed was dismissed lbw by Ash Sodhi while Saud Shakeel remained not out for 125 runs.

Imamul Haque 83, Sarfaraz Ahmed 78, Agha Salman 41 and Babar Azam scored 24 runs.

For the second Test, Abdullah Shafiq, Imamul Haq, Shan Masood, Babar Azam (captain), Saud Shakeel, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Salman Agha, Hasan Ali, Naseem Shah, Mir Hamza and Abrar Ahmed are part of the national team.

New Zealand’s Final 11

Tom Latham, Dion Conway, Kane Williamson, Henry Nicholls, Daryl Mitchell, Tom Blundell, Michael Bracewell, Tim Southee (captain), Ash Sodhi, Matt Henry and Ajaz Patel are part of New Zealand’s final 11.
